Off to a roaring start.
Challenge
Brett Butler, founder and CEO, was busy building the world's first vetted talent ecosystem for Web3, leveraging AI with a talent match algorithm to hire people quickly and cheaply.
However, he completely lacked the organic social presence necessary to create inbound leads on both the client and talent sides.
Goal
We set out to leverage Brass Synergy's fair and trustless freelancing platform's ethos to create an equally unique content strategy, emphasizing Brett's unique take on the industry.
Of course, we wanted to create qualified leads—both from freelancers and the companies seeking them—but we also wanted to leave an unforgettable impression on both parties while we were at it.
Results
We decided to launch a combination of top, middle, and low-funnel content—leveraging LinkedIn's affinity for pro-worker content to direct the maximum amount of attention possible to Brass Synergy.
As the statistics show, it was a smashing success. In our first month working together, we created 4,204 likes, 933 comments, and hundreds of thousands of impressions. Rest assured there were plenty of leads to go around, too.
